DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises between you and EXPERTNEARU, our goal is to provide you with a neutral, swift and economic route to a resolution. Hence, you and EXPERTNEARU hereby agree that we will resolve any claim or controversy at law and equity that arises out of the Terms of Use or the website. Before pursuing any legal action, we strongly advise that you communicate the issue directly to us by emailing at wecare@expertneatu.com in order to arrive at a peaceful, mutually satisfying settlement between the expert and service seeker. We will take all necessary measures to ensure that the matter be resolved through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as opposed to approaching a court of law.

DISPUTES BETWEEN REGISTERED USERS
Disputes between website users in connection with feedback, the interactions with individuals and/or organizations found on or through the Website, including payment of and execution of any service, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such transactions or dealings, are solely between you and the service provider. The client is advised to take all reasonable precautions and make whatever assessment, measures or inquiries you deem essential or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with the expert.
You acknowledge that since EXPERTNEARU only aims to establish a platform wherein the client and expert can be brought together and EXPERTNEARU itself has no hand in the performance or provision of Services itself, EXPERTNEARU shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, of any sort whatsoever incurred as the result of any such transaction or dealings. if there is a dispute between participants on the website, or between clients and professionals, you understand and agree that EXPERTNEARU is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that a dispute arises between you and one or more website users, registered users or any third party, you hereby release EXPERTNEARU, its officers, managers, members, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, and successors in rights from any claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, foreseeable or unforeseeable, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or the website or any service provided thereunder.
