If a client cancels a job three hours before or upon arrival of the expert, they agree to pay 25% of the job fee or PKR 300, whichever is lower.
Yes, we do. In case of dissatisfactory performance on the part of the service provider, EXPERTNEARU offers a warranty of service for 15 to 30 days, excluding of any material cost. If rework is required, the same service provider will be responsible to redo the work. Failing to do so will entitle EXPERTNEARU to arrange another expert to complete the task and deduct the cost from the expert whose job complaint was raised to the company.
To compensate in case of a dissatisfactory service, EXPERTNEARU also offers refunds/vouchers.
