Expert Near U will deduct the services as per their service charges policy that may be inquired by experts upon registration.

(C) Feedback

As a client, you confirm that you will use respectful language and discreet and honest judgment when submitting a review for another user or an expert. The following actions are deemed improper uses of the feedback option:
(a) threatening to leave negative or prejudiced feedback for another user unless that user provides services not part of the original posting or not previously agreed to as part of the service to be rendered;
(b) submitting a review in order to make the expert or service user appear better than he or she actually is; and
(c) incorporating terms in an agreement that forbid the expert or service user from giving Feedback.

1. EXPERTNEARU PVT LIMITED, in its sole discretion, may take any of the following actions:
   (i) delete your Feedback or any of your Postings;
   (ii) restrict your Account privileges;
   (iii) suspend your Account without warning.
2. Reporting Inappropriate Use of Feedback. You may contact EXPERTNEARU PVT LIMITED regarding any inappropriate use of Feedback via email at wecare@expertnearu.com.

EXPERTNEARU PVT LIMITED does not and cannot review every Posting posted to the website. The aforementioned proscriptions do not require EXPERTNEARU PVT LIMITED to supervise, police or delete any Postings or other information submitted by you or any other user.

(D) Restrictions pertaining to services

While using the website or hiring a service through the website, you agree to not:

• bypass or tamper with our fee structure, the billing process, or fees owed to ExpertNearU; post erroneous, inaccurate, duplicitous, misinformative, hateful, or injurious content (including classified or personal information about any user);
• take any action that may undermine the feedback or ratings systems or damage their reliability (such as displaying, importing or exporting feedback information off of the Website or using it for purposes unrelated to the website);
• pledge to contract a service without paying; (b) sign up for, settle on a price for, use, or otherwise solicit a service without planning to go through with your contract for the service; (c) agree to enlist a service if you do not meet the expert`s terms mentioned in the Posting, or agree to purchase a Service with the intention of disrupting a Posting; or (d) make inappropriate use of any options made available now or in the future by ExpertNearU in connection with the use or purchase of any service.
• complain if you are penalized with account suspension for getting poor client feedback. The service provider agrees that if they receive three stars or below in customer feedback for three jobs in the same month, their account may be suspended.
• decline to bear the expenses for any materials required for the services. If extra materials need to be bought to fulfill the task, the client agrees to pay for them aside from the service charges.

(B) Security Rules
