When engaging a service, the user consents to the charges registered on the website. However, there are cases where a personal visit to assess the situation is required before an expert can quote the price.  In such a case, the client and expert will negotiate a price for mutual satisfaction. In case an agreement cannot be reached and the client declines to retain the service, they are obliged to pay the expert a visiting charge as listed in the service details while booking the service, via the website online payment or in cash to the expert. If a client cancels a job three hours before or upon arrival of the expert, they agree to pay 25% of the job fee or PKR 300, whichever is lower.

All fees are to be paid through the website online payment system or by cash to the expert upon the completion of the job.

Joining EXPERTNEARU, opening an Account, viewing posted Services, and booking a posted Service is free. EXPERTNEARU currently does not charge users for transactions completed on the Website between clients and experts. EXPERTNEARU will charge a fee to experts according to their fee matrix that may vary from service to service (and which shall also include Value Added Tax (VAT) if applicable). If you cancel your Account at any time, you will not receive any refund. If you have a balance due on any account, you agree that EXPERTNEARU may charge such unpaid fees to your credit card or otherwise bill you for such unpaid fees. EXPERTNEARU reserves its right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings, if necessary,  to recover any outstanding fees.

NO PARTNERSHIP WITH THE VENDOR

Each registered user hereby acknowledges and agrees that EXPERTNEARU is NOT responsible for any oral or written agreement for service between user and expert pertaining to any service offered, directly or indirectly, through the website. All experts are independent contractors. Neither EXPERTNEARU nor any users of the website may direct or monitor the routine behavior of the other, or accept any obligation on behalf of the other. Each user acknowledges, agrees and comprehends that EXPERTNEARU only aims to provide a channel to link a client and service provider and EXPERTNEARU itself has no role or say in the carrying out of said services, nor does it provide a warranty for the usage of personal information of the client which has been transferred to the expert for the provision of the service.
